How does virke work?

Describe your home service need to Axel, our AI agent. Axel finds vetted local contractors, calls them on your behalf, and books the first one available. You only pay when the job is done.

Is virke available in my area?

We're currently launching in the Kirkland and greater Seattle area. We're expanding fast — if you're outside our current coverage, join the waitlist at virke.us and we'll notify you when we reach your area.

What types of jobs does virke handle?

Any physical home service — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, handyman, cleaning, pest control, gutter cleaning, landscaping, dock maintenance, and more.

How do I cancel a request?

You can cancel at any time before a contractor confirms. Once a contractor has been confirmed, please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any issues.

I'm a contractor. How do I join?

Visit virke.us/contractor to apply. Once you're in our network, Axel will call you directly when there's a confirmed job in your area that matches your trade.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete account." This will permanently remove all your data. If you need help, contact us below.
